Grant Router

A grant-discovery and application-readiness product that helps people find relevant opportunities, understand fit, save what matters, and organize what comes next.

01 / Problem

Turn fragmented grant research into a usable decision flow.

Funding opportunities are scattered across public sources, often written in dense language and difficult to compare against a real applicant profile.

The product challenge was to reduce that research burden without hiding eligibility uncertainty or turning a nuanced fit decision into a misleading score.

02 / What I Built

A guided router from profile to opportunity.

Grant Router combines a short applicant questionnaire, deterministic fit logic, saved opportunities, application organization, and an extensible discovery pipeline.

01

Profile-driven opportunity discovery

02

Plain-language fit and eligibility explanations

03

Saved opportunity workspace

04

Application organization and next-step tracking

05

Optional account-backed persistence

06

Notification-ready product architecture

03 / Product Decisions

Make fit understandable, not mysterious.

01

No fake precision

The product avoids opaque percentage-match scores and instead explains fit with deterministic rules and plain-language labels.

02

Support pre-incorporation users

The intake flow does not assume every applicant is already a formal company or nonprofit.

03

Preserve anonymous use

Core exploration can work without an account, while account-backed persistence is optional when it adds value.

04

Separate discovery from decision

Finding an opportunity and determining whether it is worth pursuing are treated as distinct product steps.

04 / What It Demonstrates

05 / Try the Demo

Go from applicant profile to a decision-ready shortlist.

The public demo is meant to show the routing, fit-explanation, saving, and workspace experience rather than claim that every grant source is already covered.

01

Complete the short applicant questionnaire using a realistic founder or organization profile.

02

Review routed opportunities and read the plain-language fit or eligibility explanation.

03

Save one or more opportunities and open the saved workspace.

04

Follow the application-readiness flow to see how the product organizes what comes next.

06 / Current Status

A working MVP with a live public demo.

The core applicant flow, saved workspace, and backend-backed persistence have been implemented and verified.

The public demo is now live. Broader launch work can continue separately without holding up portfolio review or product conversations.

07 / Launch Updates

Follow Grant Router as it develops.

08 / Partnership
