Shujog

A solo-founder opportunity board for discovering grants, competitions, programs, investment opportunities, and events that a founder can actually pursue.

01 / Problem

Help founders find opportunities that are actually relevant.

Founder opportunities are spread across many sources, use inconsistent eligibility language, and are often difficult to filter by stage, geography, founder type, or intent.

The product challenge was to make discovery useful without pretending every visible opportunity is actually available to every founder.

02 / What I Built

A founder-first opportunity board.

Shujog combines founder profile inputs, discovery intent, deterministic eligibility handling, filters, saves, and an expanding opportunity corpus.

01

Founder profile and discovery-intent onboarding

02

Grants, programs, competitions, investment, and events

03

Deterministic eligibility handling

04

Filters and saved opportunities

05

Networking and founder-event discovery

06

Expandable opportunity taxonomy and corpus

03 / Product Decisions

Eligibility stays separate from preference.

01

Intent does not rewrite eligibility

What a founder wants to see can influence filtering and ranking, but it does not change whether the founder is actually eligible.

02

Support more than tech founders

The product is designed around multiple founder types and opportunity categories rather than assuming a venture-backed software startup.

03

Keep discovery broad

Founders can choose specific opportunity interests or select a show-me-everything path.

04

Make the corpus expandable

The product structure is designed so new opportunity categories and sources can be added without rebuilding the core experience.

04 / What It Demonstrates

Founder-focused discovery and decision support.

05 / Try the Demo

Build a founder profile, then explore what is worth pursuing.

The opportunity corpus will continue to expand. The demo is focused on the discovery model, filtering, eligibility handling, and founder workflow.

01

Complete the founder profile and choose the kinds of opportunities you want to discover.

02

Review opportunities across grants, programs, competitions, investment, and founder events.

03

Use filters to narrow the board without changing the underlying eligibility rules.

04

Save an opportunity and compare how preference, relevance, and actual eligibility are kept separate.

06 / Current Status

Founder Alpha with a live public demo.

The public demo is now live. The opportunity corpus and visual polish can continue to expand without changing the core product model.
